Working with a small building area, the Emphasis Homes Design team worked hard to maximise the section size with clever design. Craig and Shirli wanted to achieve the aesthetic of a barn converted to a home to naturally co-exist within the rural setting of their section.
As the couple wanted a single level home, the Design team needed to make the land size work for all of their requirements with clever and thoughtful design ideas. Luckily, the couple already had an idea of the layout they wanted which ensured the design stage was straight forward and stress free.
Emphasis Homes costed up the building project and with the client’s green light, they proceeded to the build stage.
