This is why we have developed our uniquely stress-free process to help guide you through every selection.
When our Design and Build Consultant alerts you to a critical decision making moment, you simply choose each key design element from our in-house specification guide or visit the supplier show rooms directly. We provide you with full consultation and advice to help you choose every critical fitting and fixture, either in person or over a video conference.
Some clients may choose to visit leading retailers to assess particular whiteware, bathroom and kitchen options. Our Maraetai Showhome is also available for you to visit and see how you can make the most of our specification guide.
Included in our package is an experienced kitchen designer to ensure you get the best out of your budget.
The best part of this process is when you choose from our spec book, you’re guaranteed to stay on your set budget, avoiding any unexpected surprises at the end of your build.
If you choose to upgrade a particular design element or choose any upgraded fixtures, our flexible model offers that level of customisation as well.
If your budget is more flexible, you also have the option of working with an interior designer.
They can assist you in selecting all of your fixtures, fittings and colours. This process is exciting giving you free range to choose from a wider variety of products and colours. This suits those with flexible budgets.
Working in their showroom, you will receive a customised mood board and renders to ensure design and colour selections are to your taste.

We love getting our customers involved and excited throughout their build!
We are able to do this with our personalised owner portal where you can login to see a real-time schedule. The schedule highlights where your build is at and includes photos, budget and most importantly, gives you updates along the way.
Of course, nothing beats a real-life visit to your building site! We encourage and provide pre-arranged, guided site visits at key stages so you can see your build up close. As the trusted builders of your home we do also welcome drop-in visits, however, to ensure your safety, these can only be provided if the Site Foreman is available.
You will receive more than just a new set of keys to your beautiful new home. You get peace of mind plus a few little extras!
Once your new home has been built, we’ll provide a full internal and external inspection to ensure that everything is up to your standards and in perfect working condition. Our extended 24 month builders warranty also provides peace of mind that should anything arise, we will happily investigate and resolve if necessary.
Once you give us your final tick of approval, we will hand over the keys to your new home. Our Handover Pack includes the Code of Compliance (CCC) and all the information you need as well in a beautiful gift basket,
